WBR3L 模组规格书

产品概述

WBR3L 是由涂鸦智能开发的一款低功耗嵌入式 Wi-Fi+BLE 模块。它由一个高集成度的无线射频芯片 RTL8720CF 构成,内置了 Wi-Fi 网络协议栈和丰富的库函数。WBR3L 还包含低功耗的 KM4 MCU,WLAN MAC,1T1R WLAN,最高主频 100MHz,内置 256K SRAM ,芯片内置 2Mbyte flash 和丰富的外设资源。
WBR3L 是一个 RTOS 平台,集成了所有 Wi-Fi MAC 以及 TCP/IP 协议的函数库。用户可以基于这些开发满足自己需求的嵌入式 Wi-Fi 产品。

WBR3L 共有 2 排引脚(2×8),引脚间距为 2mm。
WBR3L 尺寸大小:16±0.35 mm (W)×24±0.35 mm (L) ×2.9±0.15 mm (H)。WBR3L尺寸图如下图所示:

天线信息

天线类型

只有 PCB 板载天线接入方式,天线增益 1.82dBi。

降低天线干扰

在 Wi-Fi 模块上使用 PCB 板载天线时,为确保 Wi-Fi 性能的最优化,建议模块天线部分和其他金属件距离至少在 15mm以上。

上电时序和复位

上电时序

RTL8720CF 芯片对上电时序有要求,建议3.3V电压从0V爬升到3.3V的时间在40mS之内.

复位

模块的底板设计时,模块的CHIP_EN脚预留复位IC,推荐IC型号为贝岭BL8506-27CRO,SOT23封装,解决部分情况下模块开机问题,参考电路如下(R30预留,可不贴).

机械尺寸

WBR3L的PCB机械尺寸大小:16±0.35 mm (W)×24±0.35 mm (L) ×0.8±0.1 mm (H)。WBR3L的机械尺寸如下图所示。

备注:默认的尺寸公差为± 0.35mm,关键尺寸如果客户有明确要求,请沟通后在规格书中进行明确的标定。

WBR3L有两种规格型号供选择,分别是带排针版本和不带排针版本,视实际使用情况决定。排针尺寸及推荐Layout如下图(单位:mm):

生产指南

  1. 涂鸦出厂的邮票口封装模块必须由 SMT 机器贴片,并且拆开包装烧录固件后必须 24 小时内完成贴片,否则要重新抽真空包装,贴片前要对模块进行烘烤。

A. SMT 贴片所需仪器或设备:

  • 回流焊贴片机;
  • AOI 检测仪;
  • 口径 6-8mm 吸嘴;

B. 烘烤所需仪器或设备:

  • 柜式烘烤箱;
  • 防静电耐高温托盘;
  • 防静电耐高温手套;
  1. 涂鸦出厂的模块存储条件如下:
  • 防潮袋必须储存在温度<30℃、湿度<70%RH的环境中。
  • 干燥包装的产品,保质期为从包装密封之日起 6 个月的时间。
  • 密封包装内装有湿度指示卡:

  1. 涂鸦出厂的模块需要烘烤,湿度指示卡及烘烤的几种情况如下所述:
  • 拆封时如果湿度指示卡读值 30%、40%、50% 色环均为蓝色,需要对模块进行持续烘烤 2 小时;
  • 拆封时如果湿度指示卡读取到 30% 色环变为粉色,需要对模块进行持续烘烤 4 小时;
  • 拆封时如果湿度指示卡读取到 30%、40% 色环变为粉色,需要对模块进行持续烘烤 6 小时;
  • 拆封时如果湿度指示卡读取到 30%、40%、50% 色环变为粉色,需要对模块进行持续烘烤 12 小时;
  1. 烘烤参数如下:
  • 烘烤温度:125±5℃;
  • 报警温度设定:130℃;
  • 自然条件下冷却<36℃后,即可进行 SMT 贴片;
  • 干燥次数:1 次;
  • 若烘烤后超过 12 小时没有焊接,请再次进行烘烤;
  1. 如果拆封时间超过 3 个月,禁止使用SMT工艺焊接此批次模块,因为此 PCB 为沉金工艺,超过 3 个月后焊盘氧化严重,SMT 贴片时极有可能导致虚焊、漏焊,由此带来的种种问题我司不承担相应责任;
  2. SMT 贴片前,请对模块进行 ESD(静电放电、静电释放)保护;
  3. 为了确保回流焊合格率,首次贴片请抽取 10% 产品进行目测、AOI 检测,以确保炉温控制、器件吸附方式、摆放方式的合理性;之后的批量生产建议每小时抽取 5-10 片进行目测、AOI 检测。

请根据回流焊曲线图进行 SMT 贴片,峰值温度 245℃ ,回流焊温度曲线如下图所示:

Radiation Exposure Statement
This equipment complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled rolled environment. This equipment should be installed and operated with minimum distance 20cm between the radiator and your body.
Important Note
This radio module must not installed to co-locate and operating simultaneously with other radios in host system except in accordance with FCC multi-transmitter product procedures. Additional testing and equipment authorization may be required to operating simultaneously with other radio.
The availability of some specific channels and/or operational frequency bands are country dependent and are firmware programmed at the factory to match the intended destination. The firmware setting is not accessible by the end user.
The host product manufacturer is responsible for compliance to any other FCC rules that apply to the host not covered by the modular transmitter grant of certification. The final host product still requires Part 15 Subpart B compliance testing with the modular transmitter installed.
The end user manual shall include all required regulatory information/warning as shown in this manual, including: This product must be installed and operated with a minimum distance of 20 cm between the radiator and user body.
This device have got a FCC ID:2ANDL-WBR3L.The final end product must be labeled in a visible area with the following: “Contains Transmitter Module FCC ID: 2ANDL-WBR3L”
This device is intended only for OEM integrators under the following conditions:
1)The antenna must be installed such that 20cm is maintained between the antenna and users, and
2) The transmitter module may not be co-located with any other transmitter or antenna.
As long as 2 conditions above are met, further transmitter test will not be required. However, the OEM integrator is still responsible for testing their end-product for any additional compliance requirements required with this module installed.
