### Description

Big data channel operations with progress feedback. Different feedback is returned to the frontend via the following events: 1) Successful transfer of big data from device to app is obtained via onBLEBigDataChannelDeviceToAppSuccess; 2) Upload progress to the cloud is obtained via onBLEBigDataChannelUploadCloudProgress; 3) BLE data channel transfer progress is obtained via onBLEBigDataChannelProgressEvent
