## openHelpCenter

> ⚡ **Supports Promise** — Returns a Promise when success / fail / complete callbacks are omitted.

### Description

Open the Help Center. By default, panel mini programs navigate to the panel Help Center, and regular mini programs navigate to the App Help Center.

### Parameters
