The IPC Highlights feature is an "AI Video Value-added Service" specially crafted by the Tuya Cloud Developer Platform for all smart hardware with cameras. The specific operational mechanism is: after automatically identifying predefined targets or custom events through AI models, it can capture exciting camera footage (such as pets being cute, a baby's first steps, sunsets, etc.), and generate a special Vlog with effects at the click of a button. This satisfies all scenarios such as baby/pet care, entertainment, landscape travel, and helps users easily record life's highlight moments!
### On-App AI Empowerment
To help users improve video editing efficiency, Tuya provides a rich AI module in the IPC Highlights feature supporting secondary video processing. It currently focuses on: AI highlighting of the video stream subject, and AI one-click protection of video privacy segments.
1. **Video Stream Subject Highlighting**: Using mobile AI to identify subject in real-time, applying image algorithms for adaptive zoom on target areas, and output optimized video after encoding packaging.
2. **Video Stream Privacy Protection**: Accurately identifying specific objects in the footage, retaining/processing different areas as necessary, and generating video streams that meet privacy requirements.

- **Precise Capture**: Tuya supports users in presetting targets for the IPC to capture, such as babies, cats, dogs, birds, etc.; or custom events like monitoring "changes in foot traffic at the door" or capturing "the moment a flower pot blooms". Equipped with powerful AI models, it can capture key footage 24/7 and supports scheduled snapshot settings (automatically capturing at a specified time each day);
- **One-click Generation**: Tuya supports automatic synthesis of highlights within the day or over 7 days, enabling users to quickly preview historical video highlights for that period;
- **Zero Hardware Cost**: Users can enjoy this feature without upgrading camera hardware: after payment, users upgrade the Tuya official app to version V6.4.0+, and it will automatically activate, turning old devices into "smart devices" instantly;
