BF8H-N 是由涂鸦智能开发的一款低功耗嵌入式蓝牙音频模组。它主要由一颗高集成度的蓝牙芯片 FR8018HA 和少量外围电路构成,内置了蓝牙网络通信协议栈和丰富的库函数。
BF8H-N 包含ARM CortexM3 32 位处理器,蓝牙 LE5.0/2.4G Radio,内置 512KB FLASH,以及高达 48KB SRAM,30个可复用的 IO 口,锂电池充电管理,内置 16 位单声道音频编解码器(CODEC)。

说明:
- 模组推荐电压为3.3v,工作在2.5V以下,RF性能会不稳定。
- P 表示电源引脚,I/O 表示数字输入输出引脚,AI/AO表示模拟输入输出引脚。
- 模组端可通过定时器校准RTC,不包含外置32.768k晶体,不适用于需要本地长时间精确定时的应用。
- 如对 PWM 输出控制的灯色有自己的需求,请与我司商务联系。

BF8H-N 使用的是板载 PCB 天线,天线增益1.4 dBi。
为确保 RF 性能的最优化,建议模组天线部分和其他金属件的距离至少保持15mm 以上。如果使用环境的天线周边包裹金属材料等,会极大地衰减无线信号,进而恶化射频性能。成品设计时,注意给天线区域预留出足够的空间。

PCB推荐封装:
默认的模组外形尺寸公差为 ±0.35 mm,关键尺寸公差 ±0.1 mm。关键尺寸如果客户有明确要求,请沟通后在规格书中进行明确的标定。
涂鸦出厂的贴片封装模组建议使用SMT机器贴片,拆开包装后建议在24小时内完成焊接,如果拆封后未使用完建议放置在湿度不超过10%RH的干燥柜内,或重新进行真空包装并记录暴露时间,总暴露时间不超过168小时。

在整个生产过程中请对模组进行静电放电(ESD)保护。
为了确保产品合格率,建议使用SPI和AOI测试设备来监控锡膏印刷和贴装品质。
请根据回流焊曲线图进行温度设定,峰值温度245℃,回流焊温度曲线如下图所示:

This device is intended only for OEM integrators under the following conditions:
The antenna must be installed such that 20cm is maintained between the antenna and users, and the transmitter module may not be co-located with any other transmitter or antenna.
As long as the 2 conditions above are met, further transmitter tests will not be required. However, the OEM integrator is still responsible for testing their end-product for any additional compliance requirements required with this module installed.
