Tuya AVS 语音模块VWRK4 是是基于强大的ARM四核64位A35高能效处理器RK3308研发的搭载语音唤醒&降噪算法的IOT/智能音箱/语音网关等应用语音模组,主频高达1.3GHz,强大的计算能力为产品提供强有力的算力支持。模块板载RTL8723DS芯片支持WiFi Sing-band 1X1+Bluetooth v2.1+EDR/ Bluetooth3.0 /3.0+HS/4.2,匹配涂鸦云端语音技能+IOT平台,可帮助客户实现IOT/智能音箱/智能语音网关等产品的语音入口赋能。

    AVS VWRK4 模组语音解决方案

    该产品基于RK3308模块为平台,搭建智能音箱产品,产品配置4个麦克风、1个Speaker接可外接喇叭,一个3.5mm耳机接口可外接耳机,4个按键实现音量“+”、“-”、“MIC_MUTE ” MIC的静音控制)、“Phone”,可用于xxx;支持12只三色灯,可实现跑马灯等显示效果;USB接口有2个,HOST用于外接存储设备,比如U盘等,OTG用于系统平台的调试,支持ADB接口调试;射频支持外接ZigBee协议、WIFI/BT协议,其中ZigBee模块为外接涂鸦的TYZS5模块实现,WIFI/BT则是通过RK3308主板外接2.4G天线实现;复位按键则是软件复位方式;另外平台通过2.54mm排针引出相关的接口有LCD接口、UART接口、GPIO接口,可用于接外设;该模块使用USB 5V供电(两个USB均可使用);

  • MIC 电路

    MIC1/2/3/4电路使用RK3308平台的MICPN5/6/7/8通道,可以选择200~20KHZ频率的声音信号,在PCB布线时使用差分走线降低干扰。

  • 喇叭电路

    AVS VWRK4 模组语音解决方案

    Speaker电路使用艾为供应商的D类功放芯片AW8010进行驱动喇叭,外置喇叭可选用4~8欧姆负载,驱动功率为1.15W(10% THD,1KHZ频率,8欧姆负载);

    音频按键控制电路采用两个按键和电阻分压方案,通过ADC采样判断是哪颗按键按下,然后执行相关的功能。

    LED电路模块采用12颗三色LED,使用I2C协议控制艾为的驱动芯片AW20036驱动LED,通过配置寄存器可实现任何一路灯的控制。

    ZigBee电路采用外接涂鸦的TYZS5模块,通过串口进行数据传输,其电源可采用5V转3.3V的LDO进行供电,天线部分在PCB设计时要留出净空区,避免信号衰减过大,建议天线部门和其他金属件距离在15mm以上;

  • 外设电路

    使用2.54mm排针引出部分接口可用于外设扩展,其中包括LCD模块(LCD_x信号,可复用IO使用),ZigBee串口(AP_x),调试串口(UNO_TX/RX)。

天线信息

天线类型

K4默认使用板载IPEX连接器与外置FPC天线进行连接。用户也可以通过模组ANT接口来自行设计底板PCB天线进行扩展来满足具体产品的需求。通用的降低天线干扰的方案可以参考我司模组相关天线设计文档。

降低天线干扰

为确保 RF 性能的最优化,建议模块天线部分和其他金属件距离至少在 15mm 以上。 如果是通过 SMT 工艺,贴到主控板上配合其他元器件一起应用。 那么 PCB 天线的摆放位置和摆放方式会直接影响 RF 性能。以下是我们推荐的摆放位置, 和不建议的摆放位置。 推荐使用方案 1 和方案 2 的摆放位置,天线在板框外或天线附近挖空。性能和单独 模块 RF 测试性能基本一致。 如果设计受限必须将 PCB 天线放在底板上,可以参考方案 3 的摆放方式,天线在 板框内,但天线附近不覆铜和走线。但射频性能会有一些损失,差不多衰减 1-2dBm。 不建议使用方案 4 的摆放位置,天线在板框内,且天线下覆铜或走线。射频信号会 明显的衰减。

Important Note

This radio module must not be installed to co-locate and operating simultaneously with other radios in the host system except in accordance with FCC multi-transmitter product procedures. Additional testing and equipment authorization may be required to operate simultaneously with other radio.

The availability of some specific channels and/or operational frequency bands are country dependent and are firmware programmed at the factory to match the intended destination. The firmware setting is not accessible by the end-user.

The host product manufacturer is responsible for compliance with any other FCC rules that apply to the host not covered by the modular transmitter grant of certification. The final host product still requires Part 15 Subpart B compliance testing with the modular transmitter installed.

The end-user manual shall include all required regulatory information/warning as shown in this manual, including: This product must be installed and operated with a minimum distance of 20 cm between the radiator and user body.

This device is intended only for OEM integrators under the following conditions:

  2. The transmitter module may not be co-located with any other transmitter or antenna.

As long as the 2 conditions above are met, further transmitter tests will not be required. However, the OEM integrator is still responsible for testing their end-product for any additional compliance requirements required with this module installed.
