TYBT8 是由涂鸦智能开发的一款低功耗嵌入式的蓝牙模组。它主要由一个高集成度的蓝牙芯片 TLSR8269 和少量的外围电路构成,内置了蓝牙网络通信协议栈和丰富的库函数。
因产品升级迭代、用户需求或生产库存等缘故,模组会在提供一段时间服务后,出现被下线的需要。为了提高您的智能设备的兼容性,减少对您的使用影响,涂鸦会继续提供已下线模组的网页文档,但不再提供维护和更新,本文内容仅供参考。如有疑问,请 提交工单 联系涂鸦,或者咨询您的涂鸦客户经理。如果您需要同类替代产品,请参考 BT8C-E 模组规格书。
TYBT8 包含低功耗的 32 位 MCU、蓝牙 2.4G Radio、512Kbyte flash、32Kbyte SRAM 和 9 个可复用的 IO 口。
TYBT8 有正反面共计六个引脚,用于插件式组装。
TYBT8 尺寸大小:8.5+/-0.35 mm (W)×12.7+/-0.35 mm (L),其中 PCB 板厚 1.0+/- 0.1 mm。封装如图所示:

TYBT8 使用的是外置弹簧天线,具体增益及尺寸可根据客户需求进行定制。
为确保 RF 性能的最优化,建议模组天线部分和其他金属件的距离至少保持 15mm 以上。如果使用环境的天线周边包裹金属材料等,会极大地衰减无线信号,进而恶化射频性能。由于模组采用插件形式安装,注意给天线区域预留出足够的空间。
备注:默认的模组外形尺寸公差为 ±0.35 mm,关键尺寸公差 ±0.1 mm。关键尺寸如果客户有明确要求,请沟通后在规格书中进行明确的标定。
请参考波峰焊接炉温建议进行炉温设定,峰值温度 260℃±5℃,波峰焊接温度曲线如下图所示:

涂鸦出厂的模组存储条件如下:
使用防潮袋真空包装,储存在温度 <40℃、湿度 <90%RH 的环境中。
干燥包装的产品,保质期为从包装密封之日起 12 个月的时间。

Radiation Exposure Statement
This device complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled rolled environment. This device should be installed and operated with a minimum distance of 20cm between the radiator and your body.
Important Note
This radio module must not be installed to co-locate and operate simultaneously with other radios in the host system except following FCC multi-transmitter product procedures. Additional testing and device authorization may be required to operate simultaneously with other radios.
The availability of some specific channels and/or operational frequency bands are country dependent and are firmware programmed at the factory to match the intended destination. The firmware setting is not accessible by the end-user.
The host product manufacturer is responsible for compliance with any other FCC rules that apply to the host not covered by the modular transmitter grant of certification. The final host product still requires Part 15 Subpart B compliance testing with the modular transmitter installed.
The end-user manual shall include all required regulatory information/warnings as shown in this manual, including “This product must be installed and operated with a minimum distance of 20 cm between the radiator and user body”.
The RF module is considered as a limited modular transmitter according to FCC rules. Even though the RF module get an FCC ID, the host product manufacturer can not use the FCC ID on the final product directly. In these circumstances, the host product manufacturer integrator will be responsible for re-evaluating the end product (including the transmitter) and obtaining the FCC authorization by a Class II permissive change application or a new application.

Hereby, Hangzhou Tuya Information Technology Co., Ltd declares that this module product is in compliance with essential requirements and other relevant provisions of Directive 2014/53/EU,2011/65/EU. A copy of the Declaration of conformity can be found at https://www.tuya.com.
This product must not be disposed of as normal household waste, in accordance with the EU directive for waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE-2012/19/EU). Instead, it should be disposed of by returning it to the point of sale, or to a municipal recycling collection point.
The device could be used with a separation distance of 20cm from the human body.
