TYBT3 是由涂鸦智能开发的一款低功耗嵌入式的蓝牙模组。它主要由一个高集成度的蓝牙芯片 TLSR8267 和少量的外围电路构成,内置了蓝牙网络通信协议栈和丰富的库函数。
TYBT3 还包含低功耗的 32 位 MCU,蓝牙 LE/2.4G Radio,512Kbyte flash,16Kbyte SRAM, 9 个可复用的 IO 口。
TYBT3 有两排引脚,引脚间距为1.5mm。
TYBT3 尺寸大小:15+/-0.35 mm (W)×16.5+/-0.35 mm (L), PCB板厚0.8+/-0.1 mm

说明:P 表示电源引脚,I/O 表示输入输出引脚。
- SW 只做模组的固件的烧录,不可用作它用。
- I2C 引脚内部已有 4.7K 上拉电阻,不需要外部再加上拉电阻。
- WW 引脚做 PWM 输出时,极性与 R、G、B、CW 做 PWM 输出时相反。
- 如对 PWM 输出控制的灯色有自己的需求,请与我司商务联系。

TYBT3 使用的 PCB 天线是 2.4G Wi-Fi 频段的 MIFA 板载天线。
为确保 RF 性能的最优化,建议模组天线部分和其他金属件距离至少在 15mm 以上。由于 TYBT3 的使用是通过 SMT 工艺,贴到主控板上配合其他元器件一起应用。那么 PCB 天线的摆放位置和摆放方式会直接影响 RF 性能。以下是我们推荐的摆放位置,和不建议的摆放位置。
天线摆放位置示意图中 TYBT3 的天线位置的各个摆放位置摆放在板框外,推荐使用方案 1 和方案 2 的摆放位置,天线在板框外或天线附近挖空。性能和单独模组 RF 测试性能基本一致。
如果设计受限必须将 PCB 天线放在底板上,可以参考方案 3 的摆放方式,天线在板框内,但天线附近不覆铜和走线。但射频性能会有一些损失,差不多衰减 1-2dBm。
不建议使用方案 4 的摆放位置,天线在板框内,且天线下覆铜或走线。射频信号会明显的衰减。

备注:默认的模组外形尺寸公差为 ±0.35 mm,关键尺寸公差 ±0.1 mm。关键尺寸如果客户有明确要求,请沟通后在规格书中进行明确的标定。

Important Note
This radio module must not be installed to co-locate and operating simultaneously with other radios in the host system except following FCC multi-transmitter product procedures. Additional testing and device authorization may be required to operate simultaneously with other radios.
The availability of some specific channels and/or operational frequency bands are country dependent and are firmware programmed at the factory to match the intended destination. The firmware setting is not accessible by the end-user.
The host product manufacturer is responsible for compliance with any other FCC rules that apply to the host not covered by the modular transmitter grant of certification. The final host product still requires Part 15 Subpart B compliance testing with the modular transmitter installed.
The end-user manual shall include all required regulatory information/warnings as shown in this manual, including “This product must be installed and operated with a minimum distance of 20 cm between the radiator and user body”.

This device is intended only for OEM integrators under the following conditions:
The antenna must be installed such that 20cm is maintained between the antenna and users, and the transmitter module may not be co-located with any other transmitter or antenna.
As long as the 2 conditions above are met, further transmitter tests will not be required. However, the OEM integrator is still responsible for testing their end-product for any additional compliance requirements required with this module installed.
