WR2E 是由涂鸦智能开发的一款低功耗嵌入式 Wi-Fi 模组。它由一个高集成度的无线射频芯片 RTL8710BN 和外扩 Flash 芯片构成,内置了 Wi-Fi 网络协议栈和丰富的库函数。
WR2E 还包含低功耗的 ARM CM4F,WLAN MAC,1T1R WLAN,最高主频 125MHz,内置 256K SRAM ,2Mbyte Flash 和丰富的外设资源。
WR2E 是一个 RTOS 平台,集成了所有 Wi-Fi MAC 以及 TCP/IP 协议的函数库。用户可以基于这些开发满足自己需求的嵌入式 Wi-Fi 产品。
WR2E 共有 2 排引脚,引脚间距为 2mm。
WR2E 尺寸大小:15±0.35 mm (W)×18 ±0.35mm (L) ×4.9±0.15 mm (H)(底面器件高 1.5mm)。WR2E 尺寸图如图所示:

只有 PCB 板载天线接入方式,天线增益 2.5dBi。
在 Wi-Fi 模组上使用 PCB 板载天线时,为确保 Wi-Fi 性能的最优化,建议模组天线部分和其他金属件距离至少在 15mm 以上。
WR2E 的 PCB 机械尺寸大小:15±0.35 mm (W)×18 ±0.35mm (L) ×0.8±0.1 mm (H)。

说明:默认的尺寸公差为 ±0.35mm,关键尺寸如果客户有明确要求,请沟通后在规格书中进行明确的标定。

涂鸦出厂的直插式模组建议优先使用 波峰焊接设备 焊接。在无法使用波峰焊接设备焊接时,才使用手工焊接。拆开包装后,模组建议在 24 小时内完成焊接,否则需放置在湿度不超过 10%RH 的干燥柜内,或重新进行真空包装并记录暴露时间,总暴露时间不超过 168 小时。

在整个生产过程中请对模组进行静电放电(ESD)保护。
为了确保产品的良好品质,生产时需重点关注助焊剂的喷涂量。波峰高度,波峰焊锡缸内的锡渣和铜含量是否超标,波峰焊接治具开窗和治具厚度是否合适以及波峰焊接炉温曲线的合理性。
请参考波峰焊接炉温建议进行炉温设定,峰值温度 260℃±5℃,波峰焊接温度曲线如下图所示:

使用防潮袋真空包装,储存在温度 <40℃、湿度 <90%RH 的环境中。
干燥包装的产品,保质期为从包装密封之日起 12 个月的时间。

Radiation Exposure Statement
This device complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled rolled environment. This device should be installed and operated with a minimum distance of 20cm between the radiator and your body.
Important Note
This radio module must not be installed to co-locate and operate simultaneously with other radios in the host system except following FCC multi-transmitter product procedures. Additional testing and device authorization may be required to operate simultaneously with other radios.
The availability of some specific channels and/or operational frequency bands are country-dependent and are firmware programmed at the factory to match the intended destination. The firmware setting is not accessible by the end-user.
The host product manufacturer is responsible for compliance with any other FCC rules that apply to the host not covered by the modular transmitter grant of certification. The final host product still requires Part 15 Subpart B compliance testing with the modular transmitter installed.
The end-user manual shall include all required regulatory information/warnings as shown in this manual, including “This product must be installed and operated with a minimum distance of 20 cm between the radiator and user body”.
This device has got an FCC ID: 2ANDL-WR2E. The end product must be labeled in a visible area with the following: “Contains Transmitter Module FCC ID: 2ANDL-WR2E”.
This device is intended only for OEM integrators under the following conditions:
The antenna must be installed such that 20cm is maintained between the antenna and users, and the transmitter module may not be co-located with any other transmitter or antenna.
As long as the 2 conditions above are met, further transmitter tests will not be required. However, the OEM integrator is still responsible for testing their end-product for any additional compliance requirements required with this module installed.

This product must not be disposed of as normal household waste, in accordance with the EU directive for waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE-2012/19/EU). Instead, it should be disposed of by returning it to the point of sale, or to a municipal recycling collection point.
