RLC4 是由涂鸦智能开发的一款低功耗嵌入式 Wi-Fi 模组。它由一个高集成度的无线射频芯片 RTL8710BX 和外扩 Flash 芯片构成,内置了 Wi-Fi 网络协议栈和丰富的库函数。

产品概述

RLC4 还包含低功耗的 ARM-CM4F,WLAN MAC,1T1R WLAN,最高主频 62.5MHz,内置 256K SRAM ,2Mbyte Flash 和丰富的外设资源。

RLC4 是一个 RTOS 平台,集成了所有 Wi-Fi MAC 以及 TCP/IP 协议的函数库。用户可以基于这些开发满足自己需求的嵌入式Wi-Fi产品。

尺寸封装

RLC4共有2排引脚,引脚间距为2mm。
RLC4尺寸大小:16.66±0.35 mm (W)×16.68±0.35 mm (L) ×2.5±0.15 mm (H), 其中PCB厚度0.8mm±0.1 mm。

天线信息

天线类型

RLC4提供2种天线接入方式,一种是直接焊接单极子天线,增益1dBi左右,另一种为板上有IPEX连接器底座,外接Ipex的天线。下图左边为焊接单极子天线的模组,右边为带IPEX底座的模组。

降低天线干扰

为确保Wi-Fi性能的最优化,建议模组天线部分和其他金属件距离至少在15mm以上,以免影响天线性能。

封装信息及生产指导

机械尺寸

RLC4的PCB机械尺寸大小:16.66±0.35 mm (W)×16.68±0.35 mm (L) ×0.8±0.1 mm (H)。

注:默认的尺寸公差为+/- 0.35mm,关键尺寸如果客户有明确要求,请沟通后在规格书中进行明确的标定。

生产指南

  1. 涂鸦出厂的直插式模组建议优先使用波峰焊接设备焊接,在无法使用波峰焊接设备焊接时才使用手工焊接,拆开包装后必须在24小时内完成焊接,否则要重新进行真空包装
  2. 焊接所需设备和材料
    • 波峰焊设备
    • 波峰焊接治具
    • 恒温烙铁
    • 锡条、锡丝、助焊剂
    • 炉温测试仪
    • 柜式烘烤箱
    • 防静电耐高温托盘
    • 防静电耐高温手套
  3. 涂鸦出厂的模组当出现可能受潮的情况下需要进行烘烤
    • 拆封前发现真空包装袋破损
    • 拆封后发现包装袋内没有湿度指示卡
    • 拆封后如果湿度指示卡读取到30%及以上色环变为粉色
    • 拆封后72小时内没有生产完成
  4. 烘烤参数如下
    • 烘烤温度:卷盘包装65±5℃;托盘包装125±5℃
    • 烘烤时间:卷盘包装48小时;托盘包装12小时
    • 报警温度设定:卷盘包装70℃;托盘包装130℃
    • 自然条件下冷却<36℃后,即可进行生产
    • 烘烤次数:1次
    • 若烘烤后72小时内没有使用完,请再次进行烘烤
  5. 如果拆封时间超过3个月,禁止使用波峰焊接工艺焊接此批次模组,因为模组PCB为沉金工艺,超过3个月后焊盘氧化严重,波峰焊接时极有可能导致虚焊、漏焊,由此带来的种种问题我司不承担相应责任
  6. 在整个生产过程中请对模组进行ESD(静电放电、静电释放)保护
  7. 为了确保产品的良好品质,生产时需重点关注助焊剂的喷涂量,波峰高度,波峰焊锡缸内的锡渣和铜含量是否超标,波峰焊接治具开窗和治具厚度是否合适以及波峰焊接炉温曲线的合理性。

推荐炉温曲线

请参考波峰焊接炉温建议进行炉温设定,峰值温度260℃±5℃,波峰焊接温度曲线如下图所示:

储存条件

涂鸦出厂的模组存储条件如下:

  • 防潮袋真空包装储存在温度<30℃、湿度<70%RH的环境中。
  • 干燥包装的产品,保质期为从包装密封之日起6个月的时间。

Radiation Exposure Statement

This device complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled rolled environment. This device should be installed and operated with a minimum distance of 20cm between the radiator and your body.

Important Note

This radio module must not be installed to co-locate and operating simultaneously with other radios in the host system except following FCC multi-transmitter product procedures. Additional testing and device authorization may be required to operate simultaneously with other radios.

The availability of some specific channels and/or operational frequency bands are country dependent and are firmware programmed at the factory to match the intended destination. The firmware setting is not accessible by the end-user.

The host product manufacturer is responsible for compliance with any other FCC rules that apply to the host not covered by the modular transmitter grant of certification. The final host product still requires Part 15 Subpart B compliance testing with the modular transmitter installed.

The end-user manual shall include all required regulatory information/warnings as shown in this manual, including “This product must be installed and operated with a minimum distance of 20 cm between the radiator and user body”.

This device has got an FCC ID: 2ANDL-RLC4. The end product must be labeled in a visible area with the following: “Contains Transmitter Module FCC ID: 2ANDL-RLC4”.

This device is intended only for OEM integrators under the following conditions:

The antenna must be installed such that 20cm is maintained between the antenna and users, and the transmitter module may not be co-located with any other transmitter or antenna.

As long as the 2 conditions above are met, further transmitter tests will not be required. However, the OEM integrator is still responsible for testing their end-product for any additional compliance requirements required with this module installed.
