TCLWRQS1-WJ 是由杭州涂鸦信息技术有限公司开发的一款适用于 5V 电平转 3.3V 电平的串口通信的 Wi-Fi 模组。它主要由一个高集成度的无线射频芯片 RTL 8710BN,外扩芯片和 DC-DC 芯片构成,该模组内置了 Wi-Fi 网络协议栈和丰富的库函数。它还包含低功耗的 ARM CM4FCPU,2Mbyte flash 和 256K SRAM。
TCLWRQS1-WJ 是一个 RTOS 平台,集成了所有 Wi-Fi MAC 以及 TCP/IP 协议的函数库。用户可以基于串口通信对接方式,开发满足自己需求的嵌入式 Wi-Fi 产品。

PCB板载天线接入方式。
在Wi-Fi模组上使用PCB板载天线时,为确保Wi-Fi性能的最优化,建议模组天线部分和其他金属件距离至少在15mm以上。
用户PCB板在天线区域勿走线甚至覆铜,以免影响天线性能。
本模组暂无天线连接器。
本模组使用的连接线为;PHS-4P TO JC20-4P ,线长500mm, 详细信息规格如下图,如有需求需更改线束可联系我司进行更换。
请根据回流焊曲线图进行SMT贴片,峰值温度245℃,回流焊温度曲线如下图所示:

The antenna must be installed such that 20cm is maintained between the antenna and users
The transmitter module may not be co-located with any other transmitter or antenna.
As long as the 2 conditions above are met, further transmitter tests will not be required. However, the OEM integrator is still responsible for testing their end-product for any additional compliance requirements required with this module installed.
