TYZS1L是由涂鸦智能开发的一款低功耗嵌入式Zigbee模组。它由一颗高集成度的无线射频处理器芯片EFR32MG13P732F512IM48和少量外围器件构成,内嵌低功耗的32位ARM Cortex-M4内核,512KByte 闪存程序存储器,64KB RAM数据存储器 和丰富的外设资源。
TYZS1L 是一个能开发 Zigbee 应用的silicon平台模组,硬件内置 PA 和 DC-DC,软件上提供完整的 Zigbee 基础API。用户可以基于这些开发满足自己需求的嵌入式 Zigbee 产品。

说明:
- P 表示电源引脚,I/O 表示输入输出引脚,AI 表示模拟输入引脚。
- nRST 只是模组硬件复位引脚,不能清除 Zigbee 配网信息。
- 2 号引脚只可作 ADC 口,不可用作普通 IO 口,不使用时,需悬空处理。作为 ADC 输入口时,输入电压范围限定为 0~AVDD,可由软件配置。

默认 PCB 板载天线接入。同时可通过 Ipex 接头连接外置天线用于复杂安装环境中扩展覆盖。
在 Zigbee 模组上使用 PCB 板载天线时,为确保无线性能的最优,建议模组天线部分和其他金属件的距离至少在 15mm 以上。建议转接板对应天线区域镂空处理效果最佳。
用户 PCB 板在天线区域周边勿走线和勿覆铜,以免影响天线辐射性能。

Important Note

The availability of some specific channels and/or operational frequency bands are country dependent and are firmware programmed at the factory to match the intended destination. The firmware setting is not accessible by the end-user.

This device is intended only for OEM integrators under the following conditions:
The antenna must be installed such that 20cm is maintained between the antenna and users, and the transmitter module may not be co-located with any other transmitter or antenna.
As long as the 2 conditions above are met, further transmitter tests will not be required. However, the OEM integrator is still responsible for testing their end-product for any additional compliance requirements required with this module installed.
