TYBN1 是由涂鸦智能开发的一款低功耗嵌入式的蓝牙模块。它主要由一个高集成度的蓝牙芯片 nRF52832 和少量的外围电路构成,内置了蓝牙网络通信协议栈和丰富的库函数。TYBN1 包含一个 Cortex-M4 内核的低功耗32 位 MCU,集成 BLE/2.4G Radio、512Kbyte flash、64Kbyte SRAM 和 11 个可复用的 IO 口,最高可支持 4 路 ADC 输入。
TYBN1 有两排共计 18 个引脚,引脚间距为 1.5mm。
TYBN1 尺寸大小:16 ±0.35mm(W)×21±0.35mm (L)x2.0±0.15mm(H),其中 PCB 板厚 1.0±0.1mm。

TYBN1 使用的 PCB 天线是 2.400GHz-2.483GHz 频段的 PCB 板载天线。
为确保 RF 性能的最优化,建议模块天线部分和其他金属件距离至少在 15mm 以上。
由于 TYBN1 是通过 SMT 工艺,贴到主控板上配合其他元器件一起应用。那么 PCB 天线的摆放位置和摆放方式会直接影响 RF 性能。以下是我们推荐的摆放位置,和不建议的摆放位置。
TYBN1 天线的各个摆放位置如图所示,推荐使用方案 1 和方案 2 的摆放位置,天线在板框外或天线附近挖空。性能和单独模块 RF 测试性能基本一致。
如果设计受限必须将 PCB 天线放在底板上,可以参考方案 3 的摆放方式,天线在板框内,但天线附近不覆铜和走线。但射频性能会有一些损失,差不多衰减 1-2dBm。
不建议使用方案 4 的摆放位置,天线在板框内,且天线下覆铜或走线。射频信号会明显的衰减。
说明:默认的模组外形尺寸公差为 ±0.35 mm,关键尺寸公差 ±0.1 mm。关键尺寸如果客户有明确要求,请沟通后在规格书中进行明确的标定。
涂鸦出厂的贴片封装模组建议使用 SMT 机器贴片,拆开包装后建议在 24 小时内完成焊接。如果拆封后未使用完,建议放置在湿度不超过 10%RH 的干燥柜内,或重新进行真空包装并记录暴露时间。总暴露时间不超过 168 小时。
涂鸦出厂的模组存储条件如下:
防潮袋必须储存在温度 <40℃、湿度 <90%RH 的环境中。
干燥包装的产品,保质期为从包装密封之日起 12 个月的时间。

在整个生产过程中请对模组进行静电放电(ESD)保护。
为了确保产品合格率,建议使用 SPI 和 AOI 测试设备来监控锡膏印刷和贴装品质。
请根据回流焊曲线图进行 SMT 贴片,峰值温度 245℃,回流焊温度曲线如下图所示:

C:合金液相线温度:217-220℃
D:升温斜率:1-3℃/S
E:恒温时间:60-120S,恒温温度:150-200℃

注意:以上推荐曲线以 SAC305 合金焊膏为例。其他合金焊膏请按焊膏规格书推荐炉温曲线设置。

Radiation Exposure Statement

Important Note
This radio module must not be installed to co-locate and operating simultaneously with other radios in the host system except in accordance with FCC multi-transmitter product procedures. Additional testing and equipment authorization may be required to operate simultaneously with other radio.
The availability of some specific channels and/or operational frequency bands are country dependent and are firmware programmed at the factory to match the intended destination. The firmware setting is not accessible by the end-user.
The host product manufacturer is responsible for compliance with any other FCC rules that apply to the host not covered by the modular transmitter grant of certification. The final host product still requires Part 15 Subpart B compliance testing with the modular transmitter installed.
The end-user manual shall include all required regulatory information/warnings as shown in this manual, including this product must be installed and operated with a minimum distance of 20 cm between the radiator and user body.
The RF module is considered as a limited modular transmitter according to FCC rules. Even though the RF module gets an FCC ID, the host product manufacturer can not use the FCC ID on the final product directly. In these circumstances, the host product manufacturer integrator will be responsible for re-evaluating the end product (including the transmitter) and obtaining the FCC authorization by a Class II permissive change application or a new application.
