What is a gateway

Bluetooth mesh and Zigbee devices cannot directly connect to the network, so a gateway is required, which has both Bluetooth communication and network connection capabilities. Through the gateway, local Bluetooth mesh and Zigbee devices can upload data to the cloud and receive data from the cloud. In addition, a gateway supports the lighting, socket, and alarm functions.
