TYZS3是由涂鸦智能开发的一款低功耗嵌入式Zigbee模组。它由一颗高集成度的无线射频处理器芯片EFR32MG13P732F512GM48和少量外围器件构成,内嵌低功耗的32位ARM Cortex-M4内核,512KByte 闪存程序存储器,64KB RAM数据存储器 和丰富的外设资源。
TYZS3 是一个能开发 Zigbee 应用的silicon平台模组,硬件内置 PA 和 DC-DC,软件上提供完整的 Zigbee 基础API。用户可以基于这些开发满足自己需求的嵌入式 Zigbee 产品。TYZS3 功能原理图如下图所示:

TYZS3共有2排引脚,引脚间距为2mm。
TYZS3 尺寸大小:16±0.35mm (W)×24±0.35mm (L) ×2.6±0.15mm (H) 。TYZS3尺寸图如下图所示:

说明:
- P表示电源引脚,I/O表示输入输出引脚,AI表示模拟输入引脚。nRST只是模组硬件复位引脚,不能清除Zigbee配网信息。
- 该引脚可作ADC口,也可用作普通IO口,不使用时,需悬空处理。作为ADC输入口时,输入电压范围限定为0~AVDD,可由软件配置。

默认PCB板载天线接入。
在Zigbee模组上使用PCB板载天线时,为确保无线性能的最优,建议模组天线部分和其他金属件的距离至少在15mm以上。建议转接板对应天线区域镂空处理效果最佳。
用户PCB板在天线区域周边勿走线和勿覆铜,以免影响天线辐射性能:确保印制天线正下方或者正上方没有基板介质。确保印制天线的周围远离金属铜皮,这样可以最大程度上保证天线的辐射效果。

涂鸦出厂的贴片封装模组建议使用SMT机器贴片,拆开包装后建议在24小时内完成焊接,如果拆封后未使用完建议放置在湿度不超过10%RH的干燥柜内,或重新进行真空包装并记录暴露时间,总暴露时间不超过168小时。

在整个生产过程中请对模组进行静电放电(ESD)保护。
为了确保产品合格率,建议使用SPI和AOI测试设备来监控锡膏印刷和贴装品质。
请根据回流焊曲线图进行温度设定,峰值温度245℃,回流焊温度曲线如下图所示:

This device is intended only for OEM integrators under the following conditions:
The antenna must be installed such that 20cm is maintained between the antenna and users, and 2) The transmitter module may not be co-located with any other transmitter or antenna.
As long as the 2 conditions above are met, further transmitter tests will not be required. However, the OEM integrator is still responsible for testing their end-product for any additional compliance requirements required with this module installed.
