WBR2D 是由涂鸦智能开发的一款低功耗嵌入式 Wi-Fi + 蓝牙模组。它由一个高集成度的无线射频芯片 W701D-VA1-CG 和少量外围器件构成,内置了 Wi-Fi 网络协议栈和蓝牙网络协议以及丰富的库函数。
WBR2D 内嵌低功耗的 32 位 CPU、512KB SRAM、加挂 4MByte 的 FLASH 以及丰富的外设资源。WBR2D 是一个 RTOS 平台,集成了所有 Wi-Fi MAC 以及 TCP/IP 协议的函数库。用户可以基于这些开发满足自己需求的嵌入式 Wi-Fi 产品。
WBR2D 尺寸大小:15±0.35mm (W)×18±0.35mm (L) ×3.5±0.15mm (H)。

只有 PCB 板载天线接入方式。
在 Wi-Fi 模组上使用 PCB 板载天线时,为确保 Wi-Fi 性能的最优化,建议模组天线部分和其他金属件距离至少在 15mm 以上。
用户 PCB 板在天线区域勿走线甚至覆铜,以免影响天线性能。布局要点是:确保印制天线正下方或者正上方没有基板介质。确保印制天线的周围远离金属铜皮,这样可以最大程度上保证天线的辐射效果。
模组的 PCB 板载天线区域参考 机械尺寸图。
RTL8720DN 芯片对上电时序有要求,建议 3.3V 电压从 0V 爬升到 3.3V 的时间在 40ms 之内。

模组的底板设计时,模组的 CHIP_EN
脚预留复位 IC,推荐 IC 型号为贝岭 BL8506-27NRO,SOT23 封装,参考电路如下.
模组个别引脚(PA12、PA13、PA15、PA25、PA28 和 PA26)在芯片没完全工作前会有瞬时高电平脉冲,芯片工作以后就一切正常了。对于这些引脚,如果直接用做驱动光源或继电器使用时,为了避免上电瞬间毛刺的影响可以做如下参考处理。
在引脚的输出端口下拉 1K 电阻,然后串联一个二极管,此时经过二极管后 GPIO 的电压会下降到 2.7V 左右。红色框代表客户底板上原有的驱动管,二极管 D1 和下拉 1K 需要新加。
若是直接驱动灯类,则在 MOS 管的栅极下拉 10K 电阻,若非直接驱动灯类且等到模组正式起来后才发出 PWM 信号,则不用加下拉电阻和二极管。
若是驱动继电器,可以根据实际情况把二极管换成 0 欧姆。
PCB 尺寸大小:15±0.35mm (W)×18±0.35mm (L) ×0.8±0.1mm (H)。
说明:默认的尺寸公差为 +/- 0.35mm,关键尺寸如果客户有明确要求,请沟通后在规格书中进行明确的标定。
上图中 exposed 示意区域,不需要上锡,不要走线。

防潮袋真空包装储存在温度 <40℃、湿度 <90%RH 的环境中。
干燥包装的产品,保质期为从包装密封之日起 12 个月的时间。

Radiation Exposure Statement

Important Note
This radio module must not be installed to co-locate and operate simultaneously with other radios in the host system except following FCC multi-transmitter product procedures. Additional testing and device authorization may be required to operate simultaneously with other radios.
The availability of some specific channels and/or operational frequency bands are country dependent and are firmware programmed at the factory to match the intended destination. The firmware setting is not accessible by the end-user.
The host product manufacturer is responsible for compliance with any other FCC rules that apply to the host not covered by the modular transmitter grant of certification. The final host product still requires Part 15 Subpart B compliance testing with the modular transmitter installed.
The end-user manual shall include all required regulatory information/warnings as shown in this manual, including “This product must be installed and operated with a minimum distance of 20 cm between the radiator and user body”.

This device is intended only for OEM integrators under the following conditions:
The antenna must be installed such that 20cm is maintained between the antenna and users, and the transmitter module may not be co-located with any other transmitter or antenna.
As long as the 2 conditions above are met, further transmitter tests will not be required. However, the OEM integrator is still responsible for testing their end-product for any additional compliance requirements required with this module installed.
