Supported newly registered users of smart home OEM apps to select the data center	App > OEM App > Required Setting	For smart home OEM apps, newly registered users can select the data center. Added Cloud Recipe to the navigation bar on the Developer Platform	Operation > Cloud Recipe	The Cloud Recipe has been upgraded. The original entry will be closed in the future. Optimized the functions and experience of the Cloud Recipe. The Cloud Recipe catalog is divided into Recipes, Recipe Categories, Ingredients, Product Groups, Properties, Marketing, and User Recipes. Supported scanning the QR Code with the Tuya Smart app to preview the interface.	/
Supported sending marketing push notifications to designated users with the group profiles.	Operation > Overview > Marketing Push	App splash screen function is integrated into the new Marketing Push. The original entry will be closed in the future. In the setting of Push target, you can select Official recommendation, Custom, or Tailored to send the push notification to the designated group.	/
Added IoT SIM Card to the navigation bar of the Developer Platform and migrated the SIM Card Management page to the category	Operation > IoT Card Management	Added and upgraded IoT SIM Card to the navigation bar of the Developer Platform. Supported quickly navigating to the page of purchase and the help document in View. Supported viewing and managing information of the IoT SIM cards in IoT Card Management.	/
Optimized the interface of Product Components	Purchase > Production > Product Components	Optimized the interface of Product Components. You can purchase the chips and licenses based on the specified PID without searching for them among all the items.	/

IM has supported displaying the number of unread messages	The small bell in the upper right corner of the Developer Platform	When there are unread IM messages, the small bell can display the number of unread messages. Currently, it only supports China data center.	/
Supported directly shipping materials and licenses by the factory	Purchase > Production > Materials & Licenses	When you purchase materials and licenses on the Developer Platform, the items can be shipped directly from the factory to accelerate the delivery.	/
Supported changing the advanced features of module and license replacement orders	Purchase > Production > Materials & Licenses	The original Advanced Cloud Services have changed to Advanced Features. Due to product function adjustments or PID changes, when you replace the purchased module or license with new ones, the advanced features can also be replaced. Currently, only the advanced features with the same price are supported.	/
