This topic describes the updates of the Tuya IoT Development Platform in March 2022.

Added the Targeted Locations setting when you create an OEM app. This allows you to define the desired countries or regions where your app package or bundle will be launched.	App > OEM App > App Creation > Create App	Required. You must select the countries or regions where your app is available. This setting determines the available configurations and installation packages to be built in subsequent steps. You can click each option to view details.	Create an OEM App for Smart Life
Added the limit that the OEM apps for smart life developed based on the template earlier than v3.35.5 cannot be launched.	App > OEM App > App Creation > Create App	As of April 2022, all apps for iOS and iPadOS submitted to the App Store must be built with Xcode 13 and the iOS 15 SDK before they can be launched. The OEM apps for smart life built based on template v3.35.5 and later have been adapted to Xcode 13. For custom apps, contact Tuya’s project manager at your earliest convenience to deal with the adaptation. Otherwise, the OEM apps built with the template earlier than v3.35.5 cannot be launched later than March 31. We recommend that you use the latest template to build and launch your OEM apps. The OEM apps that have been launched on March 31 or earlier still work as expected even without this adaptation.	Apple’s announcement
