After your request for a brand page is approved, a user-facing brand page will be shown on the Smart Life app. You can apply for multiple brands if you own several product lines and brands.

Apply for new brand

Procedure

  1. Open the Developer Platform. In the left navigation pane, choose Operation > Smart Life App > My Brand.

  2. Click Apply for New Brand.

    Your request will be reviewed by the Tuya team. Please wait for the decision.

    A Developer Platform account can apply for up to five brands.

Edit brand

Procedure

  1. Open the Developer Platform. In the left navigation pane, choose Operation > Smart Life App > My Brand.

  2. In the Operation column, click Edit.

    Once your request is approved, changing the brand name is not permitted. If you do need to change the name, contact the Tuya team.

Manage brand page

Procedure

  1. Open the Developer Platform. In the left navigation pane, choose Operation > Smart Life App > My Brand.

  2. In the Operation column, click Manage.

    You can only manage the approved brand page.

  3. On the brand page screen, you can click Change Brand to switch to another brand.

  4. The left screen shows the preview, where you can click a section to edit. The brand page consists of four sections:

    • Brand information: The basic information about a brand.

      My Brands

    • Contacts: Your contact information to let users reach out to you.

      My Brands

    • I have: The list of products the current app account has activated.

      My Brands

    • All products: The list of all products of a brand.
