My Brands

Prerequisites

To provide a better experience for app users, you should meet the following prerequisites when registering a brand:

• Your organization account has been verified.
• The product ID (PID) belongs to the organization account.
• You can offer after-sales services for end users.

Apply for a brand

Procedure

1. Open the Tuya Developer Platform. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Operation > Tuya’s Apps > My Brands to go to the My Brands page.

2. On the My Brands page, click Apply for New Brand in the top right corner.

   

   A Developer Platform account can apply for up to five brands.

Edit brand

Procedure

1. Open the Tuya Developer Platform. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Operation > Tuya’s Apps > My Brands to go to the My Brands page.

2. On the My Brands page, click Edit to edit your brand.
   

   

3. Click Multi-language. On the Brand Page that appears, you can modify the multilingual brand name and description.

   

   Once your request is approved, changing the brand name is not permitted. If you do need to change the name, contact the Tuya team.

Link product profiles

Procedure

1. Open the Tuya Developer Platform. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Operation > Tuya’s Apps > Product Profile to go to the Product Profile page.

2. In the Operation column, click Edit Product Profile. In the window that appears, select your brand information and submit.
