Industrial design service activation process

Service subscription process

1. Click to enter the Tuya Value Added Service page. If you have an account, log in with the account. If you do not have an account, click Sign Up to register for an account and then log in.
   

2. After entering the value-added service page, select Customization at the top of the page , and then locate Industrial Design service.
   Click the Service cover picture or More to view the service details.
   Click the Subscribe to directly enter the Create Service Order page.
   

3. Fill in the purchase information according to the following instructions:
   (1) Select a package based on actual requirements.
   
   (2) Please fill in the Tel and Email accurately. If you have other requirements, you can fill in the Notes column, and click Buy now when you are finished.
   

4. Select a payment method on the Paypal or Stripe tab page.

5. After the service payment is completed, Tuya will contact you within 5-10 working days, please wait patiently.
