This topic describes how to purchase, update, and renew the data intelligence operation, including the billing methods and service details.

Product purchase, update, and renewal

Purchase

Purchase the product using your main account on Tuya Developer Platform. The app and product IDs are created under this account.

  1. Log in to Tuya Developer Platform and select VAS from the left navigation bar.

  2. Select Data intelligence operation.

  3. Contact the platform operation team, select an appropriate package, and assess any custom requirements.

  4. Choose one of two purchasing methods: Buy a membership bundle or buy services individually.

  5. Submit the order and complete the payment online.

  6. Contact the platform operation team to activate the related SaaS account.

    If you need custom labels or tracking points, or if your app has a high number of monthly active users (MAUs), contact the platform operation team first to get a quotation based on your order.

Update

If your MAUs increase or if you want advanced features, update your existing version or value-added services (VAS). Contact the platform operation team to update your service. The new bundle takes effect immediately and expires on the same date as the original bundle. You only need to pay the difference in cost for the remaining time.

Renewal

Before renewing your service, contact the platform operation team to check your current MAUs and select an appropriate bundle. If you do not renew your service on time, the service will be suspended upon expiration, and related data will be cleared after a specified period.

Email Additional emails beyond the included quota cost USD0.60 for every 1,000 emails. Make purchases on the platform. Ensure sufficient email quota before launching a marketing campaign to avoid delivery failures.
