Solution overview

Besides online third-party voice controlling function, Tuya’s smart infrared remote control solutions also support local offline voice controlling of various infrared controlled home applications which adapt to different use environments.

Key functions

Remote control: Remotely control kinds of functions such as turning on/off, various modes of infrared controlled home appliances.
WLAN control: Control the infrared-controlled home applications in the same WLAN.
Offline voice control: Remote control code locally downloading, stand-alone mode voice control function.
Infrared learning: Gain the infrared control code by this function to control more and more infrared Appliances with different brands and models.
Smart scene linkage: In Tuya smart or Smart life App, users can set smart scene or automation to link the infrared remote controller with other smart devices at home. For example, if the temperature sensor detects that the temperature is greater than a set value, it will turn on the air conditioner and set it to cold mode. If the human infrared sensor detects that you are going home, turn on the TV and tune to your favorite channel.

Networking function: Support EZ network pairing, AP network pairing, and Bluetooth network pairing mode.
Supported remote control categories in internet environment: TV, set-top box, TV box, air conditioner, fan, infrared lamp, projector, audio, air purifier, water heater, camera, and DVD.

	Start network distribution	Confirm the dialogue to avoid misoperation. Step 1: Say "start network configuration".
