The 4G cloud-connected battery management system (BMS) box is used to manage lithium-ion battery operation and ensure safety. The BMS box is connected to the electric bicycles with a 1-wire bus. It collects battery status and data from the BMS motherboard and then reports them to the cloud in order to monitor battery life and health.

Installation

Instructions on installing 4G BMS box (standard)

  • Step 1: Install the SIM card.
  • Step 2: Connect the wiring harness.

Harness description:

Function Description
Power supply Red wire, connected to 12V to 85V power supply
Ground Black wire, connected to the GND
1-wire bus Orange wire, connected to the BMS

The BMS box comes with a BMW 3-pin male connector. You can connect to the desired plugs with the BMW female connector.
