Active data refers to the active data of activated devices, including newly active devices, active trends, source, and stickiness. For more information about specific indicators, see Help and Services in the right-side pane.

Terms

  • Today’s active devices: the deduplicated number of devices that are active today. A device is considered active when it has had effective interaction with the cloud.
  • Active device ratio = Today’s active devices ÷ Total activated devices
  • Active devices in the last 7 days: Number of active devices in the last 7 days (excluding today).

Active devices: the deduplicated number of devices that are active during a statistical period. A device is considered active when it has had effective interaction with the cloud.

Active device source

Active Data

Active device source = Newly activated devices on the day ÷ Total active devices on the day.

Active device stickiness

Active Data

  • 7-day active stickiness: It is calculated as follows. 7-day active stickiness = Number of active devices on the day ÷ Number of active devices in the last 7 days before the statistical day.
  • 30-day active stickiness: It is calculated as follows. 30-day active stickiness = Number of active devices on the day ÷ Number of active devices in the last 30 days before the statistical day.
