CQC

The China Quality Certification Center (CQC) is the earliest, largest, and most authoritative national-level certification agency in China. CQC is approved by the Central Institutional Organization Commission, established by the State Administration for Market Regulation, and entrusted to and managed by the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People’s Republic of China. This agency has been involved in international quality certification for dozens of years, and has achieved outstanding results in various fields. The number of certified customers tops the list of national certification agencies and ranks among the leading global certification agencies.

Services of CQC

• China Compulsory Certification (CCC): authorized to conduct the certification service for products that require the CCC mark.

• CQC certification: includes multiple certification types, such as product safety, performance, environmental protection, and organic products, and applies to more than 100 product types.

• Management system certification: supports multiple system standards, such as ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, OHSMS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, QS 9000 Quality System, TL 9000, and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) Certification.

• National Certification Body (NCB) of the IEC System for Conformity Assessment Schemes for Electrotechnical Equipment and Components (IECEE): issues and recognizes international multilateral CB scheme certificates. These certificates are recognized by 59 national certification agencies in 43 countries.

• The International Certification Network (IQNet): CQC is a member of the IQNet and issues the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certificates that are recognized by 36 member institutions of the IQNet in the other 33 countries.

• Certification training: CQC is the earliest certification training organization in China and has been accredited by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS). It provides various certification training services in China and other countries.

TÜV SÜD

Technischer Überwachungs-Verein (TÜV SÜD) is a technical inspection association. TÜV SÜD is the largest and oldest TÜV inspection agency in the world. It was founded in 1866 and is headquartered in Munich, Germany. TÜV SÜD is an international leading technical service company. TÜV SÜD Greater China is also known as TÜV SÜD Certification and Testing (China) Co., Ltd. TÜV SÜD has about 40 branches in different cities in China, such as Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, and Taipei. TÜV SÜD provides important support for international trade and business cooperation.

Bureau Veritas

Established in 1828, Bureau Veritas (BV) has been a recognized world leader in testing, inspection, and certification (TIC) services. BV is involved in the areas of quality, health, safety and environmental management, and social responsibility assessment. BV is listed among the most recognized institutions by governments and international organizations. BV provides multiple services, including system certification, product certification, ship inspection, import and export commodity inspection, industrial product inspection, container inspection, engineering supervision, and aerospace inspection.

Intertek

Intertek is known as one of the largest international testing, inspection, and certification companies for consumer products. It has a global reputation for its recognized expertise, quality, and integrity. Based on the global service network that covers more than 100 countries, Intertek provides fair, accurate, high-quality services and innovative solutions with the highest standards in the industry. Intertek has been accredited by accreditation agencies and authorities and has obtained accreditation qualifications in many countries and regions. For example, Intertek has been accredited by the CNAS, China Inspection Body and Laboratory Mandatory Approval (CMA), European Union Notified Body, American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA), and French Accreditation Committee (COFRAC).

SGS

SGS is the leading inspection, verification, testing, and certification organization in the world. SGS is recognized as the global benchmark for quality and integrity. SGS-CSTC Standards Technical Services Co. Ltd. was founded in 1991. It is a joint venture between Switzerland-based SGS Group and China Standard Science and Technology Group that is affiliated to the former State Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision. The joint venture has established an extensive network of more than 50 branches and dozens of laboratories and employed more than 12,000 professionals in China. This organization is engaged in inspection, testing, verification, and certification services.
