This topic describes how to use Smart Data Operations to monitor trends in core product ratings.

Procedure

  1. In the left navigation bar, click Questionnaire Management > Create Questionnaire. Enter the questionnaire name, and click OK.

  2. In the Scoring question section, select Rating questions, and set up your questions.

  3. Create a distribution plan.

    1. Create a target user segment, such as users with specific products or PIDs.

    2. Select App Banner as the delivery channel, upload an image, and then set Navigation to Questionnaire.

    3. Complete the remaining settings, return to the Operation Plan page, and activate the plan.

  4. Click Questionnaire Management > Statistics to track NPS trends for core products.

    You can also use the Voice of the Customer plugin to analyze user feedback. This provides more comprehensive market insights, allowing you to optimize product iterations, new launches, and marketing strategies.
