This topic describes the procedure of organization verification through manual reviews.
Organization verification through manual reviews: After you fill out, sign, stamp, and submit the application document, our manual review team will review it. After all the information is confirmed, your account will be verified as an organization account.
For manual reviews, the organization owner must sign and stamp the document to confirm the authenticity of the information.
All countries or regions outside mainland China.
Note: As English is the most commonly used language, the procedure is only displayed in English.
Click Go for Auto Verification and complete the procedure step by step.
Note: When you submit the information, if you receive a prompt that the organization has already been bound with another account, you can choose to join the account or continue to bind the account with the organization. If you continue to bind the organization, the data will be stored in these two accounts separately, which cannot be transferred or merged.
Click Show More to enter more information.
Sign online
Click Sign Online, and you can see a QR code. Scan the QR code with your touchscreen device, sign, and submit the application document.
Upload the application document
Click Download Application Document beside the button Upload. Sign, stamp, scan, and upload the document.
If you sign the document online, click Submit when the signature shows on the page.
If you sign the document offline, upload the signed document and click Submit.
After you submit all the information, it will be manually reviewed. After verification, your account will be upgraded to an organization account.
