Designed for voice interaction gateways, Tuya’s T5-AI-Hub development board is developed on top of Tuya’s embedded Wi-Fi and Bluetooth combo module T5-E1-IPEX and Zigbee module ZS13S. With one microphone (MIC2 channel is reserved for audio loopback) and one speaker, this development board supports voice recognition and playback, offering voice interaction capabilities.

The board is additionally equipped with a 100 Mbit/s Ethernet port, a TF card slot, an 8 MB NOR flash memory, and button status indicators. The reserved I/O connectors support extension for devices with UART, SPI, and I2C interfaces, as well as infrared transceiver control. This fulfills diverse application development requirements across various scenarios.

Peripheral Description
T5-E1-IPEX module An embedded Wi-Fi and Bluetooth combo module used to control the development board. With rich peripheral interfaces and powerful signal processing capabilities, this module is suitable for various scenarios in the AIoT field.
ZS13S module The Zigbee module on the development board has rich peripheral resources and is used to develop embedded Zigbee products that meet your needs.
I/O connector This connector features a 2.54 mm pitch and 56 GPIOs, configurable for driving a touchscreen, segment display, and more. For more information about the pins, refer to the I/O connector description section.
RST button The enable (EN) pin of the T5-E1-IPEX module is used to reset the module.
I/O button Connected to a reserved I/O port of the T5-E1-IPEX module, it can be configured as a custom button.
Speaker The speaker connector has a 1.25 mm pitch and can drive speakers up to 3W/RL=4Ω.
MIC1 The audio input port, along with the onboard microphone, is connected to the module’s audio ADC.
I/O RGB LED Connected to the desired I/O port of the T5-E1-IPEX module, it can be configured as an LED indicator.
TF card The TF card connector can be used to expand the memory capacity of the T5-E1-IPEX module.
Ethernet RJ45 The 100 Mbit/s Ethernet port is used for a wired Ethernet connection.
Power LED 3.3V power indicator.
USB type-C Power input.
