If you have not created your own App knowledge base, the content of universal knowledge of Tuya public App will be displayed in your App.
If you create your own App knowledge base, the App will only display the knowledge your own.

The display priority of product knowledge on the App is PID product knowledge> Universal knowledge of my product> Tuya product category knowledge> Product universal knowledge of Tuya. In order to enhance the consumer experience, it is recommended that you maintain your exclusive product knowledge
If the product knowledge base or universal knowledge base of my product is not initialized or the number of Q&A is 0, your app will display the knowledge of Tuya.
