This topic describes the updates of the OEM app for Smart Home Lighting with v7.7.0. This app version was released on June 26, 2026. You can integrate the updates into your app.

App update

Upgraded Matter SDK baseline

Upgraded Matter SDK baseline from v1.4 to v1.5.

Updated iOS version compatibility

Upgraded the minimum supported iOS version to iOS 14.

Added pairing mode

Added a new AP + BLE pairing mode. With this mode, mobile phones can obtain the device OTA package and finish device OTA by connecting to the device AP network. This feature resolves OTA failures for products such as outdoor robotic lawn mowers used in offline outdoor scenarios. Device-side support is required.
