App Mall Demo and Instructions

  1. If you use Android, please scan the QR code to download the international version. (If you use Wechat to scan the code, you will need to open the link in the browser.)
  2. For now, we have products displayed in the US sites and United Kingdom sites. You will need to use the US (+1) or the UK (+44) email or phone number to register and log in. Or you can use the following test account to experience the service.
    • The US (+1) test account: 1198999800@qq.com, password: tuya2020
    • The UK (+44) test account: 370560449@qq.com, password: tuya2020
  3. App language will be identical to your phone’s default language. If your app language is Chinese, please reset the default language and try again.
  4. The main payment method in App Mall is Paypal and credit card. Please pay with the app using English.
  5. Please note that the demonstration mall is only for customers to experience the functions. If you pay for any smart products, they will not be sent to you. You can apply for a refund and the fee will be returned to your account.
  6. The mall will automatically turn to the country site that you choose when registering. For example, if you log in with a US account, the mall will turn to the US site. If the US site is not activated, there will be no entry in the app for mall service.
  7. After you successfully download the app and configure the App Mall, the mall will not be displayed when the app is launched for the first time. You will have to open the app again for the mall to appear.
  8. Other supports:
    • Available languages: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Japanese, Korean, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese.
    • Available countries: Countries that use the above languages as main languages.
