This topic describes how to use the Cloud Module Burning Authorization Platform to carry out production tests accurately, quickly, and reliably. It applies to all Tuya cloud modules.
Log in to the PMS System.
Choose Knowledge Base Management > Software Download, enter Production Solution, and then click Search. In the Action column, click Download to download and install the software.
Enter your account name and password, and click Login. You can select Remember Password as needed.
After login, click Production Test in the left-side navigation bar and find TYDA on the right-side of the page.
Click Input Token to enter the work order or the token.
Select Work Order, enter a work order number (Tuya work order or work order created by the customer in the PMS) in the corresponding text box, press the Enter key, and select a station.
Note: A station can be selected after you press the Enter key. The station content can be displayed only after the process route is maintained.
Select a station from the work order options and then click OK. The following page is displayed.
Select Token and enter a token in the corresponding text box. Then, select a station.
Select a station from the token options and then click OK. The following page is displayed.
Click File > Set Up.
Burn Baud: 1500000 generally (you can set a number according to the actual need).
Test Baud: Select a value from the pull-down menu according to the actual need.
Only Auth: When the setting is enabled, only authorization is enabled and burning is disabled.
Auto Run: You can control automatic running through the fixture DSR instead of clicking manually.
Multiple Selection: You can set a value according to the actual needs.
Disable Serial: When the setting is enabled, a serial port number cannot be changed manually.
End Process: The setting is generally enabled when an Espressif module is tested (Sometimes a test process is stuck and a serial port is locked by an Espressif module). For the other modules, the setting is disabled.
GPIO/RF Position Test: Before or After means that a GPIO test is conducted before or after burning. If you select Work Order, the item is set by default. If you select Token, the item can be configured.
RSSI Test: It refers to the signal strength test. If you select Work Order, the item is set by default. If you select Token, the item can be configured.
RSSI Value: If you select Work Order, the item is set by default. If you select Token, the item can be configured.
Wi-Fi Hotspot Name: It refers to the 2.4 GHz test router name. After entering the router name, you can find corresponding router signals.
Wi-Fi 5G Hotspot Name: It refers to the 5 GHz test router name. After entering the router name, you can find corresponding router signals.
Bluetooth Low Energy (LE) Hotspot Name: It refers to the Bluetooth beacon device name. After entering the name, you can find a corresponding Bluetooth beacon.
GPIO Test: It refers to the module I/O port test. If you select Work Order, the item is set by default. If you select Token, the item can be configured.
SN Check: If you select Work Order, the item is set by default. If you select Token, the item can be configured.
The following parameters are set during the production of an automatic device:
When needed, RF Test is turned on and Cloud enablement is turned on.
RF Test Mode: There are two modes, namely itest and IQ. You can select either of them according to the actually used instrument.
Test Object: There are two test objects, namely gold plate and non-gold plate. For calibration, the gold plate is preferred. For normal tests, the non-gold plate is preferred.

Station Check: When Station Check is used to detect the current station status of SN, all detected stations will become red and repeated check is prohibited.
Code Scanning Trigger: You can start a program by scanning a code.
Esp Pre Burn: When an Espressif module fails in a GPIO test and it is determined that the firmware is not supported, you can enable Esp Pre Burn.
Select a folder where the firmware is located and select firmware of the corresponding model to carry out a normal test. Pre burning will be conducted to test the GPIO functions, and then a normal burning authorization process is carried out.
Serial port ID display: When a serial port setting tool is used to lock a serial port ID, the setting must be enabled to display the port ID of the tool.
Automatic tape wrapping: If the setting is enabled, Tuya visual package is used.
Packaging relay control: When the Tuya visual package is used, the setting must be enabled to control the relay of foot pedals of a packaging machine.
Relay custom protocol: It is temporarily reserved and not used.
QR Direction Detection: When the setting is enabled, the PCBA placement direction is detected to avoid incorrect placement directions.
Direction to be detected: Select the direction according to the sticking direction of the QR code.

Click File > Logout to log out of the current account.
Click Local to view the passing rate of each channel currently. The data can only be viewed locally. It can be reset to 0.
After the token replacement is carried out in the PMS system, you need to conduct a test to replace the token. For more information, see Operation Manual of PMS Platform—SAAS.
Click TokenReplacement, enter the token, and then select a station.
Click Help > Language to switch between English and Chinese.
Click Edition to view updated information about the current version.
Basic information: It shows related information about the current work order or token.
Run: When Auto Run is enabled, you need to click Run and press a fixture down to start a test. When Auto Run is disabled, you need to click Run to start a test.
Com Port, SN and DSR: The com port is set to be a serial port connected to the current device. SN is the serial number on the product label. If DSR is 0, it indicates that the fixture press-down status is not detected. If DSR is 1, it indicates that the fixture press-down status is detected. The arrow in the following picture indicates the press-down and rise-up status.
Running Page, Test Details, and Error Details: Before a test, a page is ready. When a test starts and an item fails, you can click to view Error Details to analyze problems. With Test Details, you can view each test item and test time.
When a test succeeds, the page will prompt Success and turn into green. At the bottom right corner, you can view the total test time of the current tool.
