Overview

Operation Logs record the actions performed by each account across various applications within the system. The log data is isolated by enterprise and project.

Set up permissions

Before using the operation logs feature, make sure your account has been granted access permissions to the Operation Logs application.

For different roles, you can set the scope of their permissions for viewing log data. Click the avatar in the top right corner of the system. In the dropdown menu, click System Settings and select the Role Permissions application.

  • When the Operation Logs switch is enabled for a specific role, users assigned that role are granted access to the Operation Logs application.
  • By authorizing different permissions, you can control which log content users are able to view within the application.
    • If View Current User Logs is checked, users granted this role can view all operation logs generated by their own account within the application.
    • If View All User Logs is checked, users granted this role can view operation logs generated by all accounts (but only within projects for which their account has permission to access).
    • If View System Logs is checked, users granted this role can view system operation logs generated by all accounts, such as logging into the system or switching enterprises.
  • The different view permissions only affect the scope of logs a user can see, and do not impact the generation of the logs themselves. Even if a user has no view permissions, the operations they perform will still generate operation logs normally within the system.

Data is isolated between projects. To view the operation logs for a specific project, select the corresponding project from the dropdown in the top left corner of the homepage.

Data is isolated between companies. To view the operation logs for a specific company, click the avatar in the top right corner of the system, then click Switch Company in the dropdown menu and select the desired enterprise.

Filter log content

On the Operation Logs page, all viewable operation logs are displayed in chronological order by default. You can narrow down the data by setting filters such as operator name, log source, and reporting time.
