User Labels

User labels refer to keywords or labels attached to user data. They are used to highlight important information about users, such as their characteristic properties, behavior, shopping preferences, and products owned, serving the purposes of optimizing market segmentation, personalized marketing, and user experience.

Label list

Current labels supported by the platform are not sorted by app category. The supported labels are listed in the table below.

Basic information	Country/Region (in Chinese)	The country where the customer is located, parsed from the customer's home location and displayed in Chinese.
	City (in Chinese)	The city where the customer is located, parsed from the customer's home location and displayed in Chinese.
	Province (in Chinese)	The province where the customer is located, parsed from the customer's home location and displayed in Chinese.
	Continent (in Chinese)	The continent where the customer is located, parsed from the customer's home location and displayed in Chinese.
	Country/Region (in English)	The country where the customer is located, parsed from the customer's home location and displayed in English.
	City (in English)	The city where the customer is located, parsed from the customer's home location and displayed in English.
	Province (in English)	The province where the customer is located, parsed from the customer's home location and displayed in English.
	Continent (in English)	The continent where the customer is located, parsed from the customer's home location and displayed in English.
	Registration country (in Chinese)	The country the user selected during registration, displayed in Chinese.
	Registration country (in English)	The country the user selected during registration, displayed in English.
	User type	The user type. Enum values: visitor and registered user.
	Platform	The platform used by the user within the last 180 days. "Other" indicates other platforms.
	App version	The app version used by the user within the last 180 days. "Other" indicates other versions.
	Phone model	The model used by the user within the last 180 days. "Other" indicates other models. Models here refer to the actual model names, rather than the propagation names, of mobile phones. For example, HUAWEI Mate 30 is a name for spreading and the actual model name is TAS-AL00.
	Have email	Whether the user has provided an email address.
	Have phone number	Whether the user has provided a mobile number.
	Accept marketing	Whether the user has approved of marketing.
	Registration time	The time when the user registered.
	Registration method	The registration method used by the user.
	Language	The system language of the user's mobile phone.
	Number of days to update to latest version	The number of days that have passed after the user updates to the latest version.
User behavior	Active days in the last 30 days	Active days in the last 30 days
	Last active time	The last time the user was active in the last 180 days.
	Average daily voice control usages in the last 30 days	The average number of times voice devices are used per day.
	Average daily control panel taps in the last 30 days	The average number of times panels are used to operate devices per day.
	Have gateway	Whether any device used by or shared with the user belongs to the level-2 category "Gateway".
	Have IP camera	Whether any device used by or shared with the user belongs to the level-2 category "IPC".
	Have smart lock	Whether any device used by or shared with the user belongs to the level-2 category "Door lock".
	Have smart speaker	Whether any device used by or shared with the user belongs to the level-2 category "Speaker".
	Have control panel	Whether any device used by or shared with the user belongs to the level-2 category "Control panel".
	Number of bound devices	The number of devices that the user adds via network pairing, excluding the devices that are shared with the user.
	Pairing success rate in the last 90 days	The number of network pairing successes divided by the total number of network pairing attempts in the last 90 days. The success rate can be displayed as high, middle, and low. If the user doesn't have any network pairing attempts in the last 90 days, "No network pairing" is displayed.
	Subscribe to value-added services	Whether the user has ever enabled any value-added services.
	Total number of placed orders	The total number of placed value-added service orders.
	Total amount of placed orders	The total amount of value-added service orders placed by the user.
	Total number of completed orders	The total number of completed value-added service orders.
	Total amount of completed orders	The total amount of completed value-added service orders.
	Purchase cloud storage for videos	Whether the user has purchased Cloud Storage for Videos.
	Expiration time of cloud storage	The expiration time of the cloud storage service.
	Voice assistant	The list of voice control skills that the user has bound.
	Issues today	Whether the user has submitted issues today.
	Have ongoing issues	Whether any issue submitted by the user hasn't been processed.
	Number of visits to the Energy Miniapp in the last 30 days	The number of the user's visits to the Energy Miniapp in the last 30 days.
	The number of days with visits to the Energy Miniapp in the last 30 days	The number of days on which the user visited the Energy Miniapp in the last 30 days.
	Average daily power consumption (kw·h) in the last 30 days	The average amount of electricity consumed by the devices in the user's home per day in the last 30 days.
	Average daily power consumption (kw·h) in the last 7 days	The average amount of electricity consumed by the devices in the user's home per day in the last 7 days.
	Electricity price information	The electricity price information entered by the user. Enum values: time-of-use rates, general rates, and unspecified.
	Renew cloud storage	Indicate whether the user has renewed the cloud storage service.
	Number of feedback records on issues	The total number of times the user submits feedback.
	Percentage of positive reviews	The number of issues with positive reviews divided by the total number of issues that the user has submitted in feedback.
	Percentage of resolved issues	The number of resolved issues divided by the total number of issues that the user has submitted in feedback.
Mall behavior	Enter the delivery address	Whether the user has filled in a delivery address in the Tuya Mall service.
	Time of the last visit to the mall	The last time the user visits the Tuya Mall in the last 180 days.
	Activity of the in-app mall	The activeness of the user, measured by weighting the four behaviors (browsing products, clicking on products, adding products as favorites, and adding products to the shopping cart) of the user in the last 30 days. The activeness can be displayed as low, middle, and high.
	Number of visit days in the last 30 days	The number of days on which the user browsed products at Tuya Mall in the last 30 days.
	Receive a coupon in the last 180 days	Whether the user received any coupons in the last 180 days.
	Receive a coupon	Whether the user has ever received any coupons.
	Number of unused coupons	The number of coupons that have not been used.
	Number of items in the cart	The number of items currently in the shopping cart.
	Have unpaid orders	Whether the user has any unpaid orders.
	Number of items ordered in the last 180 days	The total number of items in the orders placed by the user in the last 180 days.
	Amount of items ordered in the last 180 days	The total price of items in the orders placed by the user in the last 180 days.
	Number of items transacted in the last 180 days	The total number of items in the orders paid by the user in the last 180 days.
	Amount of items transacted in the last 180 days	The total price of items in the orders paid by the user in the last 180 days.
	Completion time of the last order	The time when the last order was completed.
	Whether a user of mall	Whether the user visited Tuya Mall in the last 180 days.
User value	Lifecycle	The user's current stage in the lifecycle, determined based on the user's activeness and bound devices. Enum values: novice, growth, silence, and churn (same as in Data Dashboard).
	User distribution	Determined based on the user's number of devices. Enum values: elementary, intermediate, and advanced (same as in Data Dashboard).
	AI - churn risk score	The user churn risk score calculated by AI algorithms based on the user's behavior and properties.
	AI - churn risk level	The user churn risk level calculated by AI algorithms based on the user's behavior and properties.
	Number of IPC devices that have subscribed the service	The number of IPC devices owned by the user (excluding devices shared with the user with the Cloud Storage for Videos service enabled) and for which the cloud storage service is enabled (including the free trial).
	Number of IPC devices in the free trial service	The number of IPC devices owned by the user (excluding devices shared with the user with the Cloud Storage for Videos service enabled) and for which the cloud storage free trial is enabled.
	Number of IPC devices without service	The number of IPC devices owned by the user (excluding devices shared with the user with the Cloud Storage for Videos service enabled) and for which the cloud storage service is disabled.
	Active cloud storage VAS	The product name of the cloud storage service to which the user has subscribed and whose order has not expired. If there are multiple effective orders, this label will have multiple values.
	Number of active IPC devices in the last 30 days	The number of IPC devices owned by the user (excluding devices shared with the user with the Cloud Storage for Videos service enabled) that have reported logs in the last 30 days.
	Date of last activation of the IPC device	The date on which the user last activated an IPC device.
	Number of visits to the IPC device panels in the last 30 days	The number of times the user clicked a device card on the homepage to enter the IPC device panel in the last 30 days.
	Energy saving service is activated	Whether the user has any effective energy saving value-added service (excluding the free trial).
	Energy saving free trial enabled	Whether the user has any effective energy saving free trial service.
	Energy saving service trial expiration date	The expiration time of the user's current energy saving service trial.
	Expiration time of energy saving paid service	The expiration time of the user's current energy saving paid service (excluding the free trial).
	Energy saving service in effect	The product name of the energy saving service to which the user has subscribed and whose order has not expired. If there are multiple effective services, this label will have multiple values.
	Expiration time of subscription to the cloud storage service	The expiration time of the cloud storage service plan that the user has subscribed to.
	Time of the last cancellation of the subscription to the cloud storage service	The last time when the user canceled the subscription to a cloud storage service.
	Number of IP cameras that have not used SD cards in the last 7 days	The number of IPC devices owned by the user (excluding devices shared with the user with the Cloud Storage for Videos service enabled) that do not have an SD card.
	Cloud storage service subscription that is not canceled	Whether the user has any unsubscribed services without renewal.
	Average daily movements of IP cameras in the last 7 days	The daily average number of motion detection times of the user's bound IPC devices (excluding devices shared with the user with the Cloud Storage for Videos service enabled) in the last seven days.
	Cloud storage service package types	The type of the cloud storage service plan that the user has subscribed to.
	Expiration time of subscription to 4G service	The expiration time of the user's current 4G service.
	Subscription to 4G service	Whether the user has any effective 4G service.
	Time of the last cancellation of subscription to 4G service	The last time when the user canceled the subscription to a 4G service.
Have product	Level-1 category (in Chinese)	The Chinese name of the level-1 category to which the user's devices belong.
	Level-2 category (in Chinese)	The Chinese name of the level-2 category to which the user's devices belong.
	Level-1 category (in English)	The English name of the level-1 category to which the user's devices belong.
	Level-2 category (in English)	The English name of the level-2 category to which the user's devices belong.
	Product	The ID of the product owned by the user.
	Number of level-1 categories	The number of level-1 categories to which the user's devices belong.
	Number of level-2 categories	The number of level-2 categories to which the user's devices belong.
	Number of products	The number of products owned by the user.
	Number of devices with power calculation	The number of devices capable of electricity consumption measurement owned by the user.
	Number of devices marked as energy saving	The number of devices marked as energy saving that are owned by the user.
	Number of IPC devices owned	The number of IPC devices supporting cloud storage owned by the user.
