T5 Chip Datasheet

The T5 chip is a highly integrated 1x1 single-band 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi 6 (802.11b/g/n/ax) and Bluetooth Low Energy (LE) 5.4 combo solution developed by Tuya and the chip manufacturer. It is designed for applications that require abundant resources and low power consumption. T5 integrates a 32-bit Armv8-M STAR-MC1 MCU and has rich peripheral capabilities such as GPIO, SPI, ADC, DAC, PWM, UART, SDIO, I2C, I2S, USB2.0, CAN controller, Ethernet MAC interface, DMIC, RGB888, RGB565, 8080 interface, DVP interface, DMA2D graphics accelerator, H.264 encoder, and JPEG hardware codec.
