Overview

In the earlier purchase process, after you paid funds to Tuya’s banking account, Tuya’s account manager or business staff manually bound your payment to the respective orders.
Currently, to optimize this process, you can link orders with your remittance account on the Tuya IoT Development Platform. This way, after you transfer funds offline to Tuya’s banking account, you can pay for the respective orders by using the remittance account.

This feature applies to orders listed at Tuya IoT Development Platform > Purchase > Order > Purchase > Debugging & Sample Order.

Subscription

Your account must be allowlisted before you can link orders with a remittance account. For this purpose, you can contact Tuya’s sales staff or account manager to help you subscribe to this feature.

Grant sub-account access to remittance account

  • After the subscription, the main account administrator can link orders with a remittance account. Thus, after funds are transferred offline to Tuya’s banking account, the respective orders can be paid with the remittance account.
  • To allow a sub-account to be used for linking the orders, it must be granted access to a remittance account. Only the accounts listed at Authorizations > Join My Space can be granted. The accounts of other organizations are not supported.
  1. Go to Tuya IoT Development Platform > My Space > Authorizations.
