This topic describes relevant information about TYJW1 module during MCU connection development.
As a Wi-Fi module developed by Tuya Smart, TYJW1 module applies to serial port communication of 5 V TTL electrical level. The module consists of a highly integrated radio-frequency identification (RFID) chip ESP8266EX and an extended flash chip, with built-in Wi-Fi network protocol stack and various library functions.
TYJW1 also has a low power 32-bit CPU, 1 MB flash, and 36 KB static random access memory (SRAM). As a real time operating system (RTOS) platform, TYJW1 integrates all function libraries of Wi-Fi MAC and TCP/IP protocols. Based on serial port communication mode, you can develop your own embedded Wi-Fi products.
For more information, see Wi-Fi module introduction — TYJW1.

Module power supply:
When the module is in the hot spot network configuration status, maximum current is 451 mA. It is recommended that supply current of 5.0 V module should exceed 500 mA, and total capacity of external filter capacitor should exceed 10 uF.
In the PCB layout, filter capacitor at the power input pin shall be arranged near the power supply pin.
