An app banner is a banner ad displayed within an app. Users can click the banner to navigate to specific pages, such as internal app pages or external H5 pages.
Promote relevant products to target users.
Advertise during festivals or promotional events.
Guide users to explore newly launched features.
Log in to the SaaS platform. Go to Operation Plan > Operation Plan in the left navigation bar, and then click Create Operational Plan. In the Push Settings step, select App Banner for Delivery Channel.
Choose to display the app banner on the Home Page or My Page. Enable User filtering to filter users based on specific criteria in real time. Without user filtering, the banner is displayed to all selected user terminals.
Filtering criteria can include values from client logs reported in the last 15 days or custom input values.
You can configure the banner for multiple languages to provide localized content to end users.
Hover over the + icon next to the language and select the desired language to generate the configuration.
The app’s reported language must match the platform’s language settings. If not, the system will default to English (for data centers outside China) or Chinese (for data centers in China).
Frequency: Users can close the banner to stop its display. Set the interval (in days) for redisplaying the banner after it is closed.
Priority: Assign a priority to banners for the same display position. If banners share the same position and priority, they are sorted by plan start time in descending order.

Exposure | The total number of times the banner is viewed on the client. |
Exposure User Count | The total number of users who view the banner on the client. |

Users Who Click | The total number of users who click the banner. |
Goals Completion Times | The total number of times the goal is achieved within the set time after the banner is displayed. |
User Who Complete Goals | The total number of users who complete the goal within the set time. |
Indicator | Description |
---|---|
Frequency trend | Displays daily new data for exposure, clicks, and goals completion times within the selected date range. |
User number trend | Displays daily cumulative data for exposure user count, users who click, and users who complete goals within the selected date range. Daily new data is calculated by subtracting the previous day’s total from the current day’s total. |
If the user logs in for the first time, the app requests campaign data, and the banner is displayed after login.
If the user has already logged in and reopens the app from the background, no backend request is triggered. The banner is displayed if the user closes the app from the background and restarts the app.
A maximum of six banners can rotate in a single display position.
Closing a banner removes all banners in rotation from the current page. Banners reappear after the set frequency interval.
