The device sharing function supports multiple channels (WeChat, Line, WhatsApp, etc.), multiple forms (one time sharing, multiple sharing), and multiple time periods (limited validity period, permanent validity) sharing. Meet the user’s equipment sharing needs for different categories and in different scenarios.

Newly added lock cloud storage service

Newly added lock cloud storage serives for video-intercom lock and real-time video lock devices. Users can store videos and images acuqired by lock equipments.

Pairing troubleshooting guide

The pairing guide is added to the pairing troubleshooting page, and online intelligent customer service is connected to help users operate the network configuration step by step.
