Features updated

Added a prompt for upgrade failure when OTA

OTA is more dependent on the actual state of the device. In order to ensure the success rate of OTA, a function of prompting the reason why OTA cannot be upgraded has been added to help users understand and guide users to perform corresponding operations.

Added data recharge value-added services

For NB, Cat.1, 4G cameras, and other devices with built-in SIM cards, a new value-added service of “Internet of Things Card Flow Recharge” is added to provide users with convenient services such as flow recharge, query, and statistics.
