Template v5.13.0 Update Instructions

This topic describes the updates of the OEM app for Smart Life with v5.13.0. This app version was released on May 23, 2024. You can integrate the updates into your app.

App update

Optimized device management

• Allowed users to hide infrequently used devices from the list on the home screen. After being hidden, the device is collapsed in the device list. Tap Show Invisible Devices to display hidden devices.

• Added support for organizing devices by room.

  

Available Wi-Fi networks

During pairing, the app requests the available Wi-Fi networks from the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Low Energy combo device. This requires firmware support. Users will be presented with a list of available Wi-Fi networks to choose the best one for pairing.

Advanced home mesh network configuration

Supported modifying the network settings of each mesh node to enhance the performance of the home mesh network.

Optimized features

• Supported deleting the device sharing contacts.
• Supported multiple default device icons to allow users to select the preferred one.
