Template v4.4.0 Update Instructions

This topic describes the updates of the OEM app for Smart Life with v4.4.0. This app version was released on October 17, 2022. You can integrate the updates into your app.

App update

Fixes and updates

• Fixed certain known issues and optimized the user experience of certain features.
• Adapted to iOS 16 and optimized the display of the landscape splash screen and other possible problems.

Optimized pairing

• Enabled discovered devices to be automatically added during the automatic pairing process.
• Optimized the pairing feature and enabled pairing recovery if pairing of a router failed.
• Enabled pairing Zigbee sub-devices after QR code scanning by users of OEM App Basic and Advanced editions.

Optimized more app features

• Optimized the mechanism of user data reporting to meet security compliance requirements.

• How to access: Tuya Developer Platform > App > OEM App > App Creation > Customize UI > Detailed Settings
• Introduction:
  • When you use the Custom App Tools to configure the app, the modifications of advanced custom features are listed in real time in the right pane to facilitate your settings.
  • Optimized the display effect when both a light background and light text are selected for certain pages.
